A hoppy red ale that hits all the right notes! Six different hops are used to make this flavor bomb of a beer. Maria helped brew the first batch and it’s her favorite, so that’s how “Hen” came about. We like it so much that it will be a house beer and gets the coveted “Roost” designation!
